Welcome to Fordona. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this platform.

These terms apply to all users of the platform, including students, driving schools, instructors, and visitors.

To use Fordona, you must:

• Be at least 16 years of age
• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
• Provide accurate and complete registration information

When you create an account with Fordona, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these terms
• Impersonate any person or entity or falsely state your affiliation
• Interfere with or disrupt the platform or servers
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform
• Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or other malicious code
• Collect or harvest any information from the platform without permission
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) without our written consent
• Post false, misleading, or defamatory content

When booking lessons or courses through Fordona:

• Payment: All payments are processed securely. You pay the driving school directly - Fordona does not charge commission fees during the beta phase.
• Pricing: Prices are set by driving schools and displayed in Swedish Kronor (SEK). Prices are subject to change without notice.
• Confirmation: Bookings are confirmed via email. You are responsible for attending lessons at the scheduled time.
• School Responsibility: Fordona acts as an intermediary. The driving school is responsible for delivering the lessons and services.

Cancellation and refund policies vary by driving school:

• Cancellation Policy: Each driving school sets its own cancellation policy. Review the policy before booking.
• Refunds: Refund eligibility and processing are determined by the driving school, not Fordona.
• Late Cancellations: Late cancellations or no-shows may result in fees as determined by the driving school.

All content on the Fordona platform, including text, graphics, logos, images, software, and design, is the property of Fordona or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the platform without our express written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fordona shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the platform.

Fordona does not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of services provided by driving schools. We are not responsible for the actions or omissions of driving schools, instructors, or other users.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

Upon termination, your right to use the platform will immediately cease. All provisions that should reasonably survive termination shall remain in effect.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes by posting the new terms on our website and updating the "Last updated" date.

Your continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sweden.
